It is with great regret that the NDR has to announce that long-term Davrian enthusiast and inaugural winner of the Longleat Hillclimb Davrian Class in 1995 has unfortunately died while motorcycling in France.

He was returning on the autoroute from the Nurburgring where he had been participating in a motorcycle training course when his motorcycle apparently inexplicably veered into the central reservation and hit the crash barrier killing him instantly.

Our thoughts go out to his wife Sue in this time of sadness.
